At Chelsea, we utilize a “Top-Down” approach to help us make decisions about the allocation of client assets between various classifications, seeking out the best performing categories. Our research is international, with a Macro World Economic view point. We determine which sectors should be given the most emphasis, then apply a “Bottom-Up” approach, evaluating those selections in terms of value and earning dynamics and seeking the industry leaders that are focused on growth and success.
